Call to have Russ work on my fridge asked if he could call before he came over so I could have the house open.he told me he couldn’t wait around for me I said just a rough time would be fine he said OK later this afternoon four days later still haven’t seen him.

I called and left a message stating that I needed someone to look at my refrigerator at our lake home, as it wasn't cooling. This is 25 miles away. Russ said he services that area and was there the next day. Since I was working, I had someone go out and unlock the house just before he got there. He fixed the fridge and locked up after.

I called he got back to me and he wanted to come out when he was coming this way next, I thought as long as I was paying for the service anyway he should have come when it was convenient for me as I work, but Nope he had to come when he felt like it and he ordered the control panel first and that wasn't it so he then ordered the touchpad and that solved the problem, so he came out three times and I ended up putting both in because the fuses on the control panel were brown and they should be gray, that went well but it took almost three weeks because he had to wait till he came when he wanted to and wouldn't budge at all, I might call him again but I would probably try someone else first. I had the same problem before with the same machine and he came out and never looked or change anything because the problem wasn't doing it when he came that time and so I have been working with it until it got worse where the dryer would not stay running, I'm thinking that was one to two years ago. He called right back when I called but was just upset over him not setting up and appt. only when he was coming this way and wanting me to leave a key to get in when I told him I would not be home.

We called with an issue about our fridge/freezer not getting cold. We called on Wednesday morning and had everything resolved on Thursday before noon.

My gas oven would not ignite. Called Russ and he came to see what was wrong. He diagnosed the problem and had the part with him. It wa repaired before he left that day. He is the best! I have used Russ' services for years and don't even think about calling anyone else.
