They are a very large commercial crew that also does residential work. In the beginning it was amazing to watch them work. They swooped in and did a large part of the work in two days. Then the problems began. They are the only painters that I know that worked without lights in the dark. They would disappear for weeks when they had better paying commercial work and then complained when we tried to contact them to see where they were. They treated the last 25% of the work as a punch list where we had to guess where they did a poor job. Their way of asking for payment was very aggressive. What finally bothered me the most was two of his crew apologized for the work. They said that Jesus and a few members of the crew told them to hurry up and finish. We now are paying another contractor about 20% of what we paid Pro Metro Painting to fix the major problems.
