We were pleased with Matt's services. He was prompt, professional, helped us narrow in on the home of our dreams, and then advised us on making an appropriate offer. Once the offer was accepted he was very prompt in putting together the paperwork. While he is a younger agent we found that this was to our advantage as he was technologically more literate and put together an automatic email listing of homes that had come onto the market in our price range. No other agent we had previously worked with did that. We would use him again.
