I had my house listed for sale in Columbia Heights. Alexander Cajucom was one of the agents whose offer I was considering. He has delivered the offer into my office. We reviewed it and signed it within 15 minutes. It was very well written, without any special conditions. He also provided the contact info of the loan officer who has confirmed that the buyer was able to get financing and all documents were in order. Appraisal and inspections were ordered on time and we closed on the property within contract's terms.
