Appliance Smart

purchased a dishwasher, washer and dryer. Asked lots of questions and plenty of patience. Had Appliance Smart install and installer was here when promised, cleaned up after himself and was most cordial

It went perfectly. The saleslady was informative, but not pushy. In fact, she offered the warranty but added it probablywasn't worth it for the dollar amount I was paying. There was no extra charge for Saturday delivery. The deliver truck was right on time. They were very efficient and courteous in installing the washer. The hoses that came with it were too short, so they gave me good advice on the length and type of hose to get. They balanced it perfectly, which was no mean feat in my basement.

It was a positive experience as it saved us a lot of money. Delivery and installation was prompt and as scheduled. They were efficient and I am happy with their service.

It went well. Great prices for the product, friendly employees and delivery people, and great selection. I will shop here again. Very reliable delivery as well- a great thing for property managers (so you don't have to stand at the rental property for hours with not much to do).

They were helpful in the store. Didn't feel pressured to buy and gave me good information and advice. They actually steered me towards appliances that were affordable. On the downside after the sale is made the service becomes horrible! The range wasn't in stock, and I had to call repeatly. They didn't get my rebate paperwork to me in time. They told me to file it late and if I don't get my rebate they will deal with it then. If you are looking for really good prices on appliances and don't mind getting bad service then I would use them. Delivery was hard to schedule as well.
