When Lawn Pro was founded in 1973, it was the first and only locally owned lawn care service company in southern Minnesota. Founder and President, Gene B. Horning of Mapleton, MN saw the need for a lawn and tree service company that would deliver and apply products for the consumer. Lawn Pro has grown in size and geographical coverage, with 18 employees now delivering service over and 80 mile radius. We have constantly added new and different products and services, in a continuing effort to provide the latest in technology and quality. Fully licensed and insured, Lawn Pro is your experienced, professional yard care choice, where service and quality always come first.

Our services now include lawn weed and feed maintenance, along with lawn and yard insect and disease protection. Lawn Pro's Tree and Shrub division provides plant fertilization, core aeration and seeding, including Emerald Ash Borer protection. Our Landscape Department specializes in plant and mulch installation, paver patios and shrub trimming., plus insect and disease control
