 + -1 moreOVERALL THE WORK WAS DONE SATISFACTORILY. THE CREW PAID ATTENTION TO MY REQUESTS AND WE COMMUNICATED WELL. I WOULD SUGGEST TO ANYONE CONSIDERING GRADING WORK TO KEEP IN MIND THIS CAN INVOLVES HEAVY EQUIPMENT. IT''S A GOOD IDEA TO DISCUSS WITH THE CREW ON-SITE WHERE THEY WILL LOAD/UNLOAD THEIR EQUIPMENT IN ORDER TO MINIMIZE THE HEAVY MACHINERY MOVING OVER ADJACENT AREAS.
Description of Work: THE WORK WAS TO PUSH SOME EXCESS DIRT/FILL ONTO AN AREA OF MY PROPERTY. THIS INCLUDED FILLING OF HOLES, GRADING A HILL SO IT COULD BE READILY MOWED, AND IN THE PROCESS REMOVING THE LARGER CONCRETE DEBRIS IN THE SPREAD MATERIAL. THEY WERE TO HAUL AWAY THE CONCRETE DEBRIS (UP TO 1 TRUCKLOAD).
