OVERALL THE WORK WAS DONE SATISFACTORILY. THE CREW PAID ATTENTION TO MY REQUESTS AND WE COMMUNICATED WELL. I WOULD SUGGEST TO ANYONE CONSIDERING GRADING WORK TO KEEP IN MIND THIS CAN INVOLVES HEAVY EQUIPMENT. IT''S A GOOD IDEA TO DISCUSS WITH THE CREW ON-SITE WHERE THEY WILL LOAD/UNLOAD THEIR EQUIPMENT IN ORDER TO MINIMIZE THE HEAVY MACHINERY MOVING OVER ADJACENT AREAS.
