THEY SAY THEY OVER SEEDED, BUT WE HAVEN'T SEEN ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM. THEY ORIGINALLY PROMISED EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW UP. BUT NOW ALL WE SEE FROM THEM ARE THEIR THREATENING LETTERS AND INVOICES. I'VE NOTIFIED THE BBB, THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND THE SECRETARY OF STATE'S OFFICE ABOUT THIS PROBLEM THAT'S BEEN GOING ON SINCE MAY.
