They were not prompt in providing the service. They kept us waiting for certain things. When we went to them, they gave us an estimate and they came back and started doing the work. On comparing the bill to the estimate, the estimate was not clear as to the expectation. We expected the number to be one thing and they came back and said the number would be something else.
