He got the job done quickly - despite being a large job. 6 months later, the trees are still alive. Compared to the other quotes, he was priced very competitively.

Great, couldn't be happier. He even stopped back a few weeks later to check on things.

We were very pleased with his work, I referred him to my brother who used him on his new home and he was pleased as well. Works extremely hard (long hours) to get the job done quickly, the crew cleaned up the work area every evening which was very nice and Brian was very concerned that we were completely happy with the work. We had to have him come back to replace some plants the following year and he did it quickly and when he was he here he repaired (no cost) other items that I had not even noticed but were not up to his satisfaction 1 yr later.

Design and install went well. But these people DO NOT RETURN CALLS --EVER. You'd never know I was a (well-paying) customer! I have left at least 8 messages over a 2-year period about plant materials that did not survive and which should be replaced under the warranty. First of all, no one answers the phone live, ever. You have to leave a message and hope someone calls you back. I have Brian Butterfield's personal cell number, because I learned when the company was doing the work that calling the main number didn't work. So I have left messages on his cell and HE DOESN'T CALL BACK. I lost a very expensive tree and now it's so far past the warranty period that I have no hope of getting it replaced, plus I have several less costly (but still ugly) dead plants that just sit there because I cannot make Brian do his job. Clearly once they have your money they don't care about providing service "after the sale." I joined Angie's List just to report this company!! Go elsewhere!!!

They are extremely concerned with customers satisfaction. I was amazed at how quickly they completed the project and the attention to detail. Every night they cleaned up the yard & driveway. They also were very good on replacing plants or fixing issues that we had due to frost & settling. They were also very good about explaining how we should maintain (Spring/Fall) our plantings. I referred him to my brother, and he is also very happy with their work.
