The electrical service was fantastic. The technician was fast, efficient, curteous, informative, and tidy. He listened to the problem, quickly diagnosed the situation, he had everything he needed in his tool belt, and even fixed some lingering issues that were 2 years old.

Their pricing was comparable with others in the area. I had to call to make sure they were coming out. They came, but they were late. The outside outlet they put in needed to be fixed after hey installed it. They did not object to coming out again.

Most of the work they did was great; however two years ago we put a new kitchen in. One of the new appliances required a dedicated outlet with some sort of a special breaker. It hasn't worked properly ever. The initial installer missed the stud and therefore the whole is bigger than the plate. The dedicated breaker has failed three times for no reason. MOST importantly I have been promised (two months ago) They would come out pull the breaker, get the inspection done from two years ago, then reinstall. NO phone calls no follow up. Outstanding! Steve (owner) got right back to me. Scheduled a day. Electrician (Nick) showed up on time. Very nice, completed the work I needed done. I rated the value a 4.5 only because we always want cheaper.
