While we were getting competitive bids Somers Lake was the only contractor who bothered to check with the county office on permits - and a good thing they did as we had to have a septic inspection prior to getting the deck permit. The quality of the work was excellent and they kept the job site clean every day. Todd, the owner, always was up front with issues and we always resolved them amiacably. Deck building is only one of the types of work they do so we plan to give them future work.
