The guy was on time and gone in no time. He was quickly out of my area and the door stopped working just as quickly. Ronson refused to come out to look at it. Left two messages and when I spoke with Ron of Ronson he refused to take responsible for the door not working within hours of installing it. I guess Ronson Door Sales do not warrant their work at all. I had no power or lights to the sensor it appears, and the slow door, it rrakes 20 seconds to open and 17 to close for a 7 foot door. The door is still moving half the speed of my old Genie on the other garage door. I will likely need to take the opener down and return it unless I get an installer out that fixes the opener first.

He was timely and corrected a problem I had with the door opening all of the way.

They went out of their way to make sure they could get to my house during the time I could be there, even though they were very busy due to the colder weather. The technician was friendly and helpful.
