septic tank, wells
 + 0 moreWhen he came out he did not bring anyone out to pump the system so he could look at it with the camera. He walked around the property and look down the pipe for the septic system with the flashlight and did not pass it. And charged $440 for what he did. No receipt was given at time of service. We had to call and ask for the reports and still we did not get the reports. Our realtor had to call him to get them. When he was called to discuss the matter of the job not being done as it was supposed to be done he was rude called my mother a piece of work and would not refund cost.
Description of Work: Owner of this company, Mark Hayes was called to certify a septic system and do water testing on the well. He was asked to bring out a Camera to do the inspection on the septic system.
