Purchased a new construction home from Lennar with electrical service installed by LDM. A few years later signifiant rust and corrosion inside the main service panel including rust and signs of water damage on the main 200A breaker as well as on the main bus. The problem was traced to inadequate insulation/sealing around the wires entering the house via the main conduit. They gladly came out and installed $3 worth of putty to properly insulate and seal around the wires, but now I'm left with a corroded 200A main breaker that 2 other licensed electricians have advised me to replace because it is at risk for failure. They refuse to come out and fix the damage caused by their faulty initial installation and now are not returning phone calls.
