I wanted to replace / update my exterior lights so I purchased 4 exterior light fixtures from Home Depot. I initially received J Anderson's name from the Home Depot service center. I then went out to Angie's list to see if they were on it. I was delighted to see them listed and to read the reviews. Based on the reviews I was certain I would have them do the job after receiving an estimate. I requested someone come out who would be able to stay and do the job. Brent did an excellent job. He was on time, courteous and professional. He removed the old fixtures and installed the new fixtures. He also made sure the motion detectors were working before he left. He cleaned up the area and took the old fixtures for disposal.

It went great. The owner of the company came out first and gave us an estimate. We liked what we heard and went forward with the work. So glad we did - there were a lot of code issues. They installed GFCI in our kitchen and bathrooms, gave us good advice about replacing the light switch (based on their advice, we went with a different kind of fan - two-wire I think it was-which simplified the electrical needed), did a whole house inspection, and advised us on the status of our fuse box, along with recommendations. At the last minute, I asked for an estimate for installing a new light switch to replace the pull chain used in our utility room. The price was right - $20 I think - and they were able to do it on the spot. Overall, a great experience. Later, I had a question on the GFCI. They came out the next day at no charge to look into it (and even offered to come out the same day). Turned out I had not pressed hard enough to reset it. I liked the prompt, professional service.

They did a good job. I was pleased their service and quality of work.

The dropped a part that broke my air conditioning unit. They did replace it with a lesser unit. There was also a billing issue, I paid in full. They erroneously sent me an invoice claiming that I had only half when in fact I paid in full. This was an unnecessary hassle for me. Other than those complications, they did a good job replacing the mast. I understand that things can happen, but they dragged their feet regarding the air conditioning issue and also providing lesser model.

They were given a job that someone else hadn't finished properly. They were able to complete it at a reasonable price.
