 + 0 moreI found Tradewinds Properties to be slow to respond, unaccommodating and extremely rude in correspondence. Do not rent from them. Specifically Jessica was unprofessional and rude when dealing with issues regarding lease renewal. Not worth it.

Description of Work: Felt comfortable with Chad to manage our property. He handled all the necessary steps to rent the property and found a renter quickly. The price was good. We will see going forward how it works but we are very happy at this point. |

Description of Work: Joseph Balma was very professional and provided a detailed CMA for our rental property. I'm surprised at how many realtors don't even know what a CMA is or provide one for their clients. If your realtor doesn't give you one it should be a red flag to go somewhere like Tradewind Properties where they do provide one. This is their main job and probably the most important thing they can do to competitively price your property. I knew I had selected the right property management company the moment he provided the CMA.
