The Pomerleau Team

The agent we worked with, Bryan McWhite, was extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. To begin with my issues, we received phone calls from many different team members who were asking the same questions about my property. There was no coordination between the team. Next, any time we needed to contact Bryan, we were unable to get ahold of him. We would receive calls back at late times of the day if even at all. We received and accepted an offer after a few weeks of working with them. The purchase agreement that was written left us completely unprotected to the point that we were even not able to keep the earnest money that was given to us. Bryan, being a supposed real estate veteran, never informed us of this. Additionally, Bryan was supposed to inform us that the buyer's loan was not approved five days before the actual closing date. The closing date was pushed back and we only found out about the denial on that date. We had already moved out of the house anticipating the sale of the property. We feel completely wronged by this team and cannot believe some of the testimonies we see online. We will never work with the Pomerleau team nor will we recommend it to anyone we know.

Had another provider trying to sell my home . They did a good job but I had heard about this team so I switched. They went our of their way to get bids on the property. And to get the best possible price .

Bryan, Krista, and the rest of the team were great to work with! Very responsive to questions and concerns throughout the entire process. They use slick technological interfaces and proactive marketing strategies. They have a lot of clients, but we always felt like we received personalized attention, and they knew where we were at and what our needs are.

They sold it quite fast and I think the key was good marketing.  They were very professional and great to work with, had good communication and we would use them again.

He was not pushy but he did offer his opinion and feedback for us and that was very helpful. The whole process was enjoyable! When we found the house that we loved, Matt worked on his weekend away to help us secure it :) I look forward to working with this team again in the future!

The Pomerleau Team did a great job of helping us list, sell and close on our home. I would have to say that I was a higher maintenance client, and they always did a good job of keeping me filled in, and updated on the home selling process. Bryan always did a good job of answering all of my questions and making himself available to us. There was always someone to contact when there was a need, and the team always helped get me the answers I needed. The process wasn't without a hitch however, but when the need arose, they were always there with and explanation and some options to move on. The best part was they always, without a doubt, were on our side, and making sure that we were working on the best deal possible. I never once felt like we were settling to just get a deal done. It was stressful, but the Pomerleau Team and Bryan made it so it wasn't so hard.
