Mason Alt was at my home when the work was being done and discovered that they were going to install the wrong equipment. He loaned me some of equipment until the cable company sent the correct equipment. The problem prevention that Mason provided allowed me cable and internet access rather than waiting another two weeks without cable. This is very important because I often telecommunit to work.
While checking my PC, he discovered a number of viruses that my own virus protection software did not detect. He suggested a better program and then removed my viruses. This greatly increased the speed of my PC.
The suggestions that he gave me on doing some of my own preventive maintenance gave me confidence and piece of mind. He was very knowledgeable. I know that if I ever get into a bind, I can call Alt Consulting and get fixed right away.
His work was invaluable to me. Also, Mason is a fine gentleman who is a pleasure to work with.
