Requested quote on garage door opener / operator and if doors needed repair with call support. On tech arrival was told that tech was required to be paid for distance and time ($49). Supervisor called and said that tech would work in the dark to fix doors but required the $49 to do so. Tech oiled doors + time / distance = $150, No quotes given by company on door opener / operator or repair. One door still does not work.

Promptly diagnosed what prior installer did wrong and left out, got parts and fixed it.

I needed to have the hardware replaced due to the sounds my door was making while opening and closing. In addition, there was extensive damage to the doors as well. Highly recommend and would use them again if I needed additional items done for my garage.

After hearing a loud bang when closing the garage door, we called Superior Garage Door Co. to come check it out.  They conveniently put a sticker above the garage door opener, so we could easily locate the number.  Their service rep. came out at an agreed upon time and called 30 minutes before arrival.  Within seconds he identified the problem and fixed it in less than an hour.  In addition to the fast service, we received a 5 year guarantee.  Fast service, good quality all with a guarantee and at a good price.

I called and set up a service call Fri AM and they were there in the afternoon.  He came and fixed what appeared to be the problem and everything looked good.  I had an additional problem later that night; coming off the track.  He over the phone gave me the information to get it closed as easily as possible and directions to secure the garage until morning.  He let me know that he would be there right away in the morning- and he was.  Charged nothing additional and fixed it.  He did tell me to call him on his cell if there was anything additional.  A few hours later somebody else called and checked in with me.  Would suggest this company to others they seem pretty fair.

I have nothing but nice things to say about Superior Garage Door Company. They are prompt, professional and they do good work and they are reasonable. I have given out their number more than once and I know I will use them again if/when the need arises.

They did a good job. They were very good and reasonable. They suggested we get new rails for the door, but they didn’t push. We would call them if we decide to do the rails.

Rob arrived on time within the 8-noon window. Performed the work quickly and professionally. They could have come out the same day I called, but due to my schedule had them come out a couple days later. Afterwards, the door is noticeably quieter and smoother. The spring has a 10 year warranty.
