Steve was very knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond to all of our questions. We had a trickier loan because we were purchasing a home owned by HUD, which caused a lot more hoops that needed to be jumped through. I had a very positive experience working with Steve. He's always available for questions and makes each step of the financing process very clear. At one point I suddenly needed an approval letter on a Sunday afternoon to make an offer on a condo and Steve was immediately available and provided the letter within an hour. On another instance, I applied for a credit card a week before closing. This caused issues with the bank providing the loan because they saw a change in my credit report. Steve was able to explain to the bank what happened and the incident didn't end up affecting the closing. Would recommend to friends and family.

We refinanced our home back in early 2012 and that was our first experience with Steve. It was all very easy and we went from a 30-yr @ 6% down to a 15-yr @ 3.125%...payment only went up $40 per month! Closing on this was SO easy...one of his colleagues came straight to our home, walked us through the paperwork (no surprises as we'd already previewed with Steve), and we started signing! When it was time to buy another home, we went straight back to Steve and never thought of looking for anyone else. We now have another mortgage of 30 yrs @ 3.99%...wow! Steve is very available, wants to provide/explain all of your options and is clear in what he needs from you during the process. In our recent purchase, he noticed that if we went with the regular "rack" interest rate, we wouldn't be using all of the 3% in closing costs that the sellers had agreed to pay. So, Steve suggested (and we moved forward) in buying down our interest rate in order to maximize the amount of free money that the buyers agreed to pay. Smart stuff! Check Steve out and don't look back. He's a winner!
