+ -1 moreTechnician was prompt. I would have preferred to been advised to cool the car before the work was done,rather than being told afterward that it and quot;would have been a good idea to cool the windshield firstand quot;.
Description of Work: Small chip in windshield was filled. There is still a small chip that the technician told me couldn't be helped. Messy marks were left around the area after the work was done.

+ -1 moreMark from Safelite called and let me know he was coming and was very punctual and replaced the windshield in 1 hour. He was very efficient and cleaned up after. His demeanor was somewhat gruff and he banged on my house door (startled me) to let me know that my car was done. So far the windshield is doing well
Description of Work: Replaced the front windshield of my vehicle, which had a 12 inch crack in the passenger side. Safelite came to my house so I could get some work done, which was very convenient. This windshield had been replaced 7 months prior. Insurance covered the cost of the replacement.
