Perfect. I couldn't have asked for better service than what we got from Chris, Eric & Patrick. We were having electrical issues and contacted Primary Electric. Chris came out and thought it might be a problem that the Electric Company would have to fix. He communicated with our Electric Company several times to make sure they checked everything on their end. On the day they did the job they also coordinated with our electric company to get the power turned off and then on again. They were efficient and had everything completed in about 4 hours. They even did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. One additional note - about 2 months after the work was done we had a breaker shut down while our Microwave was going. We called and Eric came out first - he thought we might be overloading that one breaker. Shortly both Chris and Patrick showed up and yes, we needed to add another line directly to the Microwave. My husband had been quite ill at the time and I really needed the microwave to heat up the special foods I was making for him. All three men worked together to clear off a space on the workbench in the garage and moved my microwave out there so I could use it until we would be able to have them come back to do the additional work. That totally make my life so much easier!

It went great. Breaker box ended up being marked wrong so outlet was off, but 20 amp outlet was installed. Price seems high, but is going rate for electricians as checked with other ones also. Got a reduced rate for being through Angie's List which was nice. Will definitely get again if need more electrical work.

Great experience working with Chris and his team at Primary Electric! The work was performed in a clean and efficient manner at a fair price, and there was great communication throughout the process from the first call to the time they left our home. Will definitely call them for other electrical needs in the future.

The work had to be coordinated with excel energy who came to disconnect and reconnect the electricity. There were some delays in relation to this. The actual work went extremely well. Chris and his people came on time and worked hard all day--were efficient and professional and explained what they were doing and why. Chris is very easy to get hold of the answer questions and make arrangements. I plan to hire again in the future for some planned improvements.

Overall Chris and his team did an exceptional job. I am very happy with the work performed and would not hesitate to recommend Primary Electric to anyone needing an electrician. Chris is extremely professional and didn't charge me for an estimate. He is clearly well informed and very good at his job. His team was also very professional, up front about pricing and even fun to have around. They were also very flexible, I felt like I was in control of the project and no extra work was pushed onto me. The goal of this team is to get the job done right- no extra salesmanship here. The price was also excellent, I was charged a fair amount. A+ for this service, I will definitely hire Primary Electric again if I need more work in the future.

Chris and his team did an excellent job. From start to finish, they were extremely professional. He came to my house to assess the job, provided a thorough quote with a detailed explanation and cost of the services and materials to be provided . We scheduled the job and he and his team showed up as promised, and kept me informed as the project went along. It was not an easy task running electrical from one side of the house to another but he actually found an alternate route that saved me a lot of money.

Excellent service and reasonably priced. They were efficient, courteous and prompt. I asked to have a couple of extra outlets placed in the garage which I had not mentioned previously until the day they showed up. They were more than willing and great to work with. I highly recommend them. I will call them again if I have any future electrical needs.

The electrician came on time and began the job, bringing a new fan unit. After removing the old fan, he discovered that the installation space was not properly vented. This required us to stop work and get another contractor to vent the fan. We paid Primary Electric's invoice for $285, including the visit, labor, and fan cost. When the second contractor did the vent work he started to install the fan left by Primary Electric but discovered that the mounting bracket that should have been with the fan was missing. This necessitated purchasing a replacement fan, which we paid the second contractor for. When we contacted Primary Electric to return the first fan, after delaying for six weeks, we were told to get rid of it ourselves. No full or partial refund was offered. So we paid Primary Electric almost $300 for a non-installation of an unusable fan.

"Work was done in September 2017. We were unable to install the bathroom fan at that time do to incorrectly installed ductwork. We also replaced a ceiling light with a new in the customers laundry room. I wasn't made aware of the fan missing any parts until I read this review on 7/22/2018. If we were notified, we would have gladly refunded the cost of the ceiling fan. Chris Primary Electric"

They did a great job. It was very cold outside and yet they got it done. It took a little more than a day to get it all done, but they had my charge port working by the end of the day. Chris was very meticulous in his work and paid attention to my concerns and questions.

Part of my house had no electricity and all the no circuit breaker showed to be tripped. That’s when I decided to contact the professionals. I selected Primary Electric Inc. primarily because Angie’s list show them with good reviews and they are my neighbors. Chris and Erick showed up following day and got to work. After explaining the problem from my perspective and answering some questions they asked me, they proceeded to do some preliminary examination of the “Electric Box” down in the basement. They checked outlets from the problem area and all of a sudden voila. They found one of the electric contacts had a false connection affecting the whole problem area. After confirming and correcting the problem, the electricity was reestablished in the problem area. I was very impressed with the way they treated me as a customer listening attentively to my description of the problem and the way they described the cause and why it happened. I was very happy and I recommend Chris and Erick, from Primary Electric Inc. to anyone needing electrical service.

Fantastic! The previous ceiling fixture in the kitchen had left a trail of jagged holes due to some questionable DIY techniques. I explained that I'd like to avoid patching holes if at all possible. Chris and Eric talked through the options and found a great way to cover the holes with the new fixture while still ensuring that things were done in a safe and aesthetically pleasing fashion. There's no way I could have figured this out myself -- their expertise was well worth the price! They let me know up front that once the current light fixture was removed they would have to check if the box was rated for ceiling fans. If not, they'd have to replace it before proceeding. I appreciated that they took time to articulate this before doing the work, to reduce the number of surprises in the process. This speaks to the care they take in communicating. After completing the fan installation, Chris pointed out that our smoked detector was now very near to the fan which can be problematic. He just wanted me to be aware... didn't pressure me to do anything about it. Chris and Eric were personable and professional throughout their service visit. What a great experience!

Chris and his team arrived as planned, worked though the list to complete substantially all the tasks. Then shceduled a final work day where the power company needed to shut off power to the house to repair the service line to the house. All work was completed as requested and agreed to and no issues occurred. Chris and his team did an excellent job and communicated timely on work and plans.

Service was great! They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They answered my questions. The lights I had them put in look nice. They even fixed an unknown problem with the existing bathroom light fixture wiring (no box) prior to putting in the new fixture without damaging the wall.
