DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (Painterati). They use separate companies for every aspect of project and don't know how to Project Manage themselves. Brush Masters (parent company) is commercial focused / builders etc., so "it seems" they push all residential painting projects for Painterati to the side while needing to get other "larger commercial projects" done. They're 2-3 months behind, they continue to lie about timelines or play dumb, they promise things (such as edging details for countertops) will be done - they are not, they make you wait around, cancel your plans, and push painting and installs out week after week and make up excuses. They don't have their business operations together at all. Expect to be disappointed Big Time! Not a company that cares.
