They didn't call and it was software related. Pickup and Delivery was right to my door.
I am still waiting for my receipt for the job as of April 11, 2013.
They promised it would be emailed to me. Little slow on their paperwork
internet connection that did not want to stay connected and they had a
technician around that same day. I was literally back on the internet that
afternoon, champions!!!
