Legacy was on time, did a great job with the removal and clean up.  When they left, the driveway and street was swept up and cleaner than when they arrived.

Their pricing was very competitive and the service was excellent.

John gave me accurate proposal for removal and stump grinding.  He ended up needing a crane to do the job as some trees were hanging  over the house.  Julie communicates extremely well and always kept me informed of progress and appointments to get the job done. Clean up was awesome.  My new neighbors were very impressed with it.  I have used Legacy before and always have the same excellent results.

It went very well. They were more than we expected but we didn't set any expectations first, which we probably should have and we didn't call anybody else. He was probably fairly priced but it seemed like a lot for tree trimming. We would consider him expensive. He was on time and took everything away. We would use him again.

From the initial call to the completion of the project was only 4 days.  I called in the evening requesting an estimate and had one in my hand before noon of the next day.  They came by a few days later to complete the project.  There was a crew of 4, two men climbing and two on the ground.  The climbers did not use spikes and were very careful to lower down any limbs near the house.  They did a very thorough clean-up after all the trimming was complete.  The crew was very friendly and professional, and I will definitely use them again for any future tree maintenance.

They are very experienced arborists who trim trees to improve the health of the trees. They use safe techniques to go into the trees without damaging them. They ground up and hauled away all of the branches. John told us that our trees are stressed and need to be watered more generously if we hope to save them. We were very impressed with their professionalism.

We needed to have work done on a large Silver Maple that threatens both mine and my neighbor's house. My wife connected with one of Legacy's arborists who impressed her with both his knowledge and desire to preserve the tree. He provided a detailed estimate and included cutting back and shaping the Hawthorne and Mulberry. When the men came out to do the work it was my turn to be impressed by their skill, the safety precautions they took and their concern for the trees. They arrived on time, completed all the work requested and cleaned up very well. I would have no problem recommending them.

PROVIDED GOOD INFORMATION CONCERNING WHICH TREES SHOULD BE CUT AND WHICH ONES SHOULD STAY. ARRIVED AT THE APPOINTED TIME. THE CLEAN UP WAS FANTASTIC, THEY EVEN SWEPT THE STREET WHEN THEY WERE DONE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. PLEASANT CREW OF FELLOWS.

THIS COMPANY DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THEIR ARBORIST, JOHN, WAS EASY TO WORK WITH AND GAVE SOME GREAT ADVICE FOR MY TREES. THE CREW THAT CAME TO DO THE WORK (INCLUDING JOHN) WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID THE WORK JUST AS DESCRIBED AND CLEANED UP WELL, AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ALSO DID ALL THE COORDINATION WITH XCEL ENERGY TO GET A POWER LINE DROPPED. I GOT A NUMBER OF BIDS FOR THE WORK AND THEIR PRICES WERE VERY COMPETITIVE WITH PEERS (E.G. LICENSED ARBORISTS). I WILL DEFINITELY DO WORK WITH THEM AGAIN.

THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN 5 HOURS. I THOUGHT THEY WERE FAST AND THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS.
