Cleaner showed up at the very last minute. Said he spent many hours at the place, but our contractor stated the next day that the floors and kitchen were very dirty, there was a new bad smell in the basement, and I had to pay the contractor to clean the place again. (Have worked with this contractor for years and trust them.) Attempted to address this situation with the owner but he threatened us with collections and said that we would be put on a non-paying customer blacklist if we didn't pay in full. Super bad experience.

Poorly. I spoke with the owner. He wasnt sorry about being late. He didn't offer to give me a discount for the trouble. He said "these things happen, people get lost".
Description of Work: The cleaning crew arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes late so there were no service performed. I canceled them.
