+ -1 moreOn the recommendation of a service shop I went to, I made an appointment to have the rear window in my 98 Ford Ranger replaced. I had purchased an aftermarket window and I told them that. Upon arriving at the Glass Man's shop, they refused to install the window because it was an aftermarket window. The unfortunate thing was that I took time off from work to take my truck to get the glass replaced and they had agreed to do the work. This was pretty frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Had they not agreed to do the work initially, it would have been OK but after agreeing to do the work knowing the window was aftermarket, upon arriving at the shop they refused.
Description of Work: None. The company refused to do the work after making an appointment over the phone.

+ -1 moreALL THE STAFF WERE PATIENT AND HELPFUL, ESPECIALLY THE WOMAN WHO HELPED ME FIND THE PLACE. GEORGE DID THE WORK IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES. POLISHED UP THE SPOT AND I CAN'T TELL WHERE THE ROCK HIT IT. GEORGE HAPPENED TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED ABOUT THE WORK, AND HE WAS POLITE AND STRAIGHTFORWARD. I COULD HAVE GONE IN THAT DAY IF I WANTED TO; ALL I HAD TO DO WAS CALL AHEAD AND MAKE SURE THEY HAD THE TIME TO FIT ME IN.
Description of Work: REPAIRED A CHIP IN THE WINDSHIELD CAUSED BY A FREEWAY ROCK. REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY BY METRIC AUTOWORKS.
