We were pleased with the overall work that was done originally.  After a few years, we were noticing rust accumulating on the top of our wood burning stove in our basement.  We couldn't figure out the reasoning behind it at first.  After a major rainstorm, we discovered water sitting of top of the stove and realized what was causing the problem.  I called Brad to have him look at what was done around the chimney that goes to the wood burning stove.  He came out a few weeks later (I did have to call and remind him of our conversation) and apparently fixed the problem. (This was last spring 2011)  After some major rainstorms this summer, we are continuing to have problems with water leaking inside and outside the wood burning stove.  I called Brad in early June 2012 and asked if he could come and take another look.  He said he would, but asked if I could email him as well to help remind him to come by and inspect it.  It is July 31, 2012 and I have emailed him twice and left 3 messages for him to get back to me on this issue.

Exactly what we expected.  Perfect clean up.  Very happy with staff and quality of work.  They worked very hard with to get my insurance to pay for it.  When this failed, they did it at a very reasonable price.

I did not spend anything because it was an insurance claim. The work went awesome. They did everything they said they would do and when I called they responded which was really nice. Everything went smoothly. One of the gentlemen accidently stepped in my gutter and crushed it and fixed it immediately, which was nice. They did everything perfect, I have no complaints and I can?t imagine what more they could do.

Everything went great! Brian from First Builders took care of everything. He met with our insurance adjuster and got the roof completely covered. The crew did an awesome job on the roof, especially a tricky area around the chimney. They took extra time with the flashing in this area to make sure it was done right. Everything was really clean after the job as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this company. The roof turned out excellent! Brian was great to work with. He was very professional and came through on everything he promised.
