During the entire service, they were friendly and helpful. The technicians who came were courteous and explained the new system well.

From the office personnel, to the service technicians, to the service itself, a stellar experience! We received pictures and bios of the technicians who were scheduled to arrive at our house as introductions, which I love! Jordan was a miracle worker, who responded immediately with a rapid remedy, when our AC went out. Then we were lucky enough to have him return to do our winter furnace assessment. He is personable, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and informative.Tony, who delivered and installed a part that Jordan had identified as potentially problematic for the AC, was also very knowledgeable, and tolerant as well, allowing us to closely observe his work, while patiently explaining every step of the way, as we plagued him with questions. We are delighted with our experiences with Comfort Matters, and that has kept us as satisfied customers for many years!

Work was performed on schedule with professionals. Even mastered a special issue with the thermostat. Would highly recommend Comfort Matters for your heating/cooling system.

Never again.. Total scare approach & gave her a quote for replacement (I agree it is old but there are many mechanical things that can be repaired if there is an issue -not convinced this was her only option!) They never fixed & wanted to schedule another visit & would charge service fee. Later repaired by another outfit and running fine!

I called on a Thursday and they couldn't come out till Monday (I had heat so that was ok with me). The technician arrived on time and after telling him the symptoms he went to work trying to diagnose. After 30 min he came up and said he checked the normal causes and everything seemed ok. He had cleaned up the system and secured a loose hose and said to watch it. If it continues to struggle we'd have to replace a pressure switch for $200. I asked if this happens can I get priority and he said yes. I did have problems again so called on a Thursday and again couldn't get someone till Monday. It started getting cold so couldn't wait that long, so had to call someone else. I had a different company come within an hour, work until they found the problem, and fix it. So far so good! I am also very disappointed that the technician put stickers for the company on all my equipment without asking permission. It wasn't just the furnace... equipment he wasn't even servicing at the time. I thought he was very professional at the time but when I saw 5+ stickers on my stuff, over existing labels, I was not happy. I would use them again if I had to but they wouldn't be my first choice.

David was my tech and he called 30 min before arriving and was on time.  He was professional and spent a full hour looking over the furnace.  I would use them again!

I purchased a furnace inspection and cleaning for our new (to us) home.
The technician was on-time and very courteous. He explained everything
that he inspected and informed us of what items to watch for and
provided quotes on a sensor that may cause problems in the future. After
he left, we noticed that the furnace was not cleaned at all, but we do
have peace of mind knowing that the furnace has been inspected and given
a clean bill of health. The technician also provided us with a rebate
form for our gas company.

David could not have done a better job. He did everything that you would hope for on a service visit. He was Prompt, Clean,

Knowledgeable and Courtesy. He was excellent on all measures. Will use Comfort Matters in the future without hesitation

and will recommend them without reservations.

The technician came on time, did the furnace tune-up and everything has worked fine since.

This was the second experience with Wes and Comfort Matters due to having to have a part ordered. There was a delay in getting the part but they expedited it in the end. Wes showed me the new part and explained how it functioned and what when wrong with the original one. He spent 4 hours installing the part and reinstalling the coolant after testing the system. He also showed me where a nest of hornets had made their home in my chimney flue. I think most repair people would have just ignored it and never said a word. A very nice value add.

This is experience was  fantastic!   The office called to let me know that Wes would be coming closer to the end of the 3 hour service window which I really appreciated.  Then Wes called about 30 min before arriving.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained what was going to happen next - he needed to order a part.   So far this has been an easy process!  I paid for the service fee today and will pay for the remainder next week when the part is in and he does the install.
