Bold North did a great job on our roof in Saint Paul on Laurel Ave. I am leaving a review because I saw that our neighbor also left an unfair review for these guys after they completed their roof which I did not think was right. If you knew that neighbor you would understand. Would recommend these guys!

Bold North installed a new roof on our house after it was damaged by hail, at the cost of almost $25,000. They left the roof in the condition you see in the pictures below: dings, scratches, dents, improperly installed drip edge, gaps and old flashing that was reused rather than replaced. We did not receive a warranty and they refuse to repair the mess they made. We paid our final invoice only because they put a lien on our house and threatened legal action against us. Everyone we know counseled us to withhold our final payment until they fixed the issues they created, but they bullied us and threatened further legal action, so we caved and paid them. I really regret that now because we got a quote from a different, trustworthy roofer who told us that it would cost upwards of $10,000 to make things right now. I could go into all the details of how they not only made mistakes and cut corners but also lied about it throughout the rest of the job. Don't hire them!
