Rentals - Trucks
They were very reassuring that we could get the truck with them. The free storage was an hours drive from where we needed to be. When I called them a week in advance to figure out where and when the truck was going to be, they could not tell me where the truck was going to be. It was very disconcerting.

We had reserved a truck through a different provider, but the truck was not there when we went to pick it up. We called U Haul, desperately needing a truck the same day. They matched the price we had at the other company. We were able to pick up the truck immediately. It took about 10 minutes to do the paperwork and drive off with the truck -- the service was professional and quick. Truck was in great condition - very comfortable and very clean. I do think U Haul should supply every truck with tire chains, though. Just seems like a safety oversight.
