Had a previous not so great experience with another plumber and this was so easy. Told me what they thought was the problem over the phone and that's what it was. Faucet working great and although the handle was old and needed to be replaced, they found a similar knob. I did not have to replace the entire faucet.

Jerry's did a great job. They were on time and efficient. He gave us a number of options for a new disposal with the plus and minuses of each. He did great work and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't have asked for more.

It went great! I received a consultation over the phone that saved me money because the vendor refused to do unnecessary service!

They came right out, diagnosed two problems quickly, and fixed a routine problem. They did it promptly and quickly.

Very satisfied. They came the same day we called. They determined our old hot water heater was still under warranty.

Service was for apartment we own. When I call Roger and Steve, I give them phone numbers for our tenants. They contact tenants to set up service time, and take care of any problems we incur. Then, they send us a bill. Their services are very reasonable, and they can generally take care of our problem within a day, or two (faster, if it's an emergency!)

great- I called them with the problem of a leaking water heater. they wanted to be sure I had stop the water from any additional leakage and then came over in less than an hour. The work they did was quick, left the area very clean and were skilled at the job.New what had to be done to get a good new heater to fit in the old spot. Works perfectly
