Home Building
We bought a spec home last fall from Heartland Homes. Part of the deal was they were to put in sod. This was a terrible job. They were told right away that we were unhappy with it. I told them it looked like it had not eve been rolled and I was told that it hadn't been by their representative. It also obviously had not been graded properly. They refused to even acknowledge it. Several weeks ago the owner was standing in my neighbors driveway. I asked him to step into my lawn to take a look. His response was "I'm too busy" and he got into his pickup and drove away. There have been other issues also that I won't go into. I have never been treated this badly by any business in my life.
