Insurance Agencies
The first time I quoted my insurance with Chris from Community Insurance, she told me she couldn't save me any money, and I was better off where I was. However, the next time I got a quote from her, the savings was substantial. I weighed my options and made the switch, expecting my rates to go back up at my next renewal. However, they did not. They actually went down slightly again! Because her quote is not a "smoke & mirrors" quote, designed to just get me in the door, so to speak, but is actually a real quote for the services being compared, the honesty shows in the continued competitive pricing for the long haul. When I have needed to file a claim for towing, hail damage to my roof, and hail damage to my vehicle, she has had a personal hand in the experience, making sure to guide me through an already simple process. With service like this, she has a customer for life with me, and can expect many referrals over the years. Thanks, Chris!
