I was happy how my house looked after they were done. then when the siding started to wave i called and called and finally they came out and fixed it. then 2 months later the siding started waving and i called him and got a promise to come out in 10 days. He NEVER SHOWED. Now everytime i call i get his voice mail and i don't get a return call. I just want my siding to be fixed. The part that is waving is in the front of the house that faces the street. Also i have other places on the sides of the house that need to be fixed. If his crew would show up they probably could fix the problem in 30 minutes. Very poor p.r. on their part. They got the money out of my insu rance co. then they just forgot me.
Description of Work: Blueprint builders put new siding on my house . The reason i needed it was because of hail damage from a storm we had in June 2010. My problem with them is trying to get them to come back here and fix the siding that is waving and 2 different sides. I have called Moses alot of times and i get a promise from him to take care of it,but at this date i'm still waiting for him and his crew to fix the siding so my house looks good. I also think he charged me too much money to do this siding job. But that is my fault. I want them to fix my siding and then i will be siding.
