I have a gravel driveway and after the first snowfall, they plowed it down to the nubbins and deposited not only the snow but tons of gravel right into my yard. When I'd hired them in the fall, they said they would be sure to clean everything up, if needed, in the spring.
I called in early April to let them know I would need cleanup and they said they would be out mid-April. Well, mid-April came and went and nothing. I followed up again, and the long and short of it was they finally sent one guy out on a Saturday afternoon in early May about 4:00 who raked up some of the gravel and that was it.
I called again in a couple of weeks to let them know I was dissatisfied and never heard anything back.
Bottom line: lots of gravel from my driveway is still sitting along the edges. There are several hundred square feet of my lawn that either has gravel on it or had the sod scraped up that was never repaired.
Given the fact they only had to plow about five times the entire winter, you'd think they could make right the mess they made come springtime. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
