In spring of 2018 we wanted to remodel our master bath. We got two bids and Dean’s was quite reasonable. He knows his trade and comes up with good ideas. Dean gutted the bathroom down to stud walls. He personally did the framing, sheetrock, sub-floor, and trim work. His subs included sheetrock finisher, flooring, plumbing, electrician, custom mirror and shower door, and painter. He even had a cabinet maker, although we used our own. He does quality work and insists the same from his subs. He and his subs were always on time and responsive to our requests. We will definitely use them again.

We hired Dean Voss and Sons Construction to do a major remodeling of our home. We could not have been happier with the process or result. Dean and his two sons are very pleasant to work with. When I called with a question Dean would either answer the phone or call back quickly. If I want something changed or revised, Dean would say okay and just do it. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were always respectful of our home. The quality of materials and work was excellent. We got three quotes for the job and Dean was very competitive.
