Water ran right over the top of my new gutters with the leaf guards installed. Just as if "PAM" cooking spray was on them. This caused a dangerously slippery ice ridge to form in front of my entire garage. I climbed on a ladder and there was NO ice build up in gutter. The gutter guards are defective and I want them replaced with ones that allow water to drain through them! I called Alex and explained the problem. He seemed more concerned if I was going to pay him for coming out and told me what a "hassle" it was for him to go to ABC gutter. An appointment was set up with Alex. After leaving my job to meet him, he was a "no call, no show". When I reached him via text he said "I forgot". I asked him what the plan was and he NEVER responded-multiple texts, multiple calls. I interviewed 5 gutter companies and Alex was the most impressive with his knowledge and his price was the most fair. It wasn't the cheapest out of the 5 companies I interviewed but when I talked to him, he made me feel like I was talking with a true professional. 100% recommend Alex and his team.

Alex is very detailed in his work and keeps going in his work until all is done and done right. They also solved some on related things. They did my job on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and they were here until almost 8 in the evening.
