We've been planning on finishing our basement for several years, and had received several quotes from local contractors including Shimota Project Management. Eddie was always willing and responsive when it came to the initial quotes and changes when they came up.
Once we decided to move ahead, Eddie was always involved, explaining what was going on along the way, where to pick items out from, and what to expect next.
He finished ahead of schedule, and on budget. There were no surprises, which I was worried about, and steady progress.
I would highly recommend SPM for any of your home improvement projects.
