+ -1 moreThis is the second time we wasted 2 hours round trip (the first time, they were not open as the hours listed). This time we called ahead of time to make sure they would be open. We also specified the size of wood we needed and they confirmed they had it. When we got there, he pointed us to the size board we called about. It was not the correct size as he confirmed on the phone. He was not professional in the least and bordered on the side of rude. That was our last trip there and would not recommend them to anyone. As a potential customer, I felt like we were inconveniencing him.
