Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Experience was generally good. Duane Moe is a good guy but we have been trying to get Rebates on the furnaces, thermostats, gas water heater from him for the last 2 years. (Overall about $1200 - $1400) The Air Source heat pumps took a long time to get working. The pump broke down last year and Duane fixed it for no cost to us but the pump broke down again this year. So, I dont know if its the install or is it that the pumps are that delicate. The frustrating part is trying to follow up on the rebates and keep getting the same story of we have submitted and you should get it this month.
