My experience with Rusty's Up North Realty was good. The Realtor that I worked with specifically was real responsive. I work in the city so he met with me at weekends when I was able to travel up to look at places. He rearranged his schedule to work with mine. They are knowledgeable of the area and they pointed out pitfalls in certain properties that we looked at: things that could cost me down the line. So I feel they were looking out for my best interests.
