Horrible experience, people need to know there are GREAT landlords out there where they care about their tenants and community. All these people care about is collecting their rent dollars and fix only things that could warrant a visit from the Fire Marshall. If you complain at all, they will force you to move and harassed until you leave. Furthermore, be sure to get a verification of rent in writing before you look for a new home. Paying your rent on time, being model tenants will not stave off a non-renewal of lease if you complain AT ALL. I am truly happy to be away from these people, ask them for former tenant referrals before you rent from them, I know they would be hard pressed to give you legitimate reviews. Look at all reviews for them on the internet and BBB, I only wish we would have before we rented from them.
