The LED lights installed didn't screw far enough in to make good contact with the electical contacts in the fixture on the drive way post lighting.

I hired them twice to repair yard lights that have been broken for more than 3 years. total cost was about $1500. Kind reasonable. Their technician had good recommendations as where to put lights with cost in mind. We are happy with this company's service

I was uncomfortable when the repairman refused to climb to the top of the ladder to replace the bulb.  However, he did install a light for free closer to the ground.

I would highly recommend Touchstone - they were fabulous!  Lisa & Mark were wonderful to work with - they designed a great lighting plan, were very responsive, and got everything installed before the ground froze.  Their technician, Paul did a terrific job installing everything and was great to work with as well. We absolutely love the way it turned out and we would definitely use them again!

When they came out they were nice to work with.  However since then they don't return my calls for another appointment.  Their answering service menu is confusing.

The outdoor lighting looks great and many people have commented and asked who I used. The consultation and installation is very professional--they know what they are doing but also listen to customer's wishes.

We have a large lot with tree lighting and path lighting. Mark did a great job adjusting all yard lighting and replacing bulbs.

Very well, Lisa Hanson contacted me right away made an appointment with me, wrote up an estimate, and we went
forward with the work.  She had the re-lamping and repair work done quickly 6/30/14. It took a little longer for the new lights to arrive and be installed.  I notice that one of the corner lights was too bright and Lisa came out and adjusted the wattage. Perfect!
 

First visit was great.  But when we tried to contact for follow up service, they mixed up our name / bill with another customer and it was back and forth for several weeks before we could get them back.  They did follow through once the confusion was cleared and straightened everything out.

He did all that in a day.  I liked the style of the lights.  He did a good job.  The job went greatly and as we had planed it out.

They did a great job.  Lisa Hansen was very professional from the start, appearing on time for our first meeting, preparing a thorough and complete plan, discussing options, even discouraging extra lighting we suggested since they would detract from the overall appearance or appear unnecessary.
THe installation was done quickly and cleanly, and she was right about the final design.  There were a few defective components after the installation which they promptly replaced. 
We felt it was an excellent job done by reliable people.

We needed to upgrade our outdoor lighting scheme from Home Depot/Menards fixtures to a better quality installation. Touchstone replaced all of our underground wiring and fixtures. We also upgraded to the less costly bulbs that cost a little more upfront but use far less electricity over a much longer life span. Several bulbs were defective and suffered a premature demise, but Touchstone promptly returned to replace them with no additional costs. Since that time they have come out several times to add additional fixtures to expand our lighting plan. Always friendly and timely, I would not consider anyone else for our outdoor lighting needs.

Fabulous.  The salesperson was helpful and had great ideas.  I needed to add an extra light after they had finished the project.  I explained where I wanted it and they came right out and installed it the day after I called.  The installer was very professional and did a great job.

Mark came out to our house, we described what we were looking for and asked his opinion. He was very professional and had good ideas. He suggested switching to LED lights which will save electricity and allowed us to expand lighting with our existing transformer. We landed on a plan of walkway lights for the steps, a couple of wide-angle lights to shine one the house, and lights discretely shining down from trees in a wooded area. They came out to install a week or so later. He buried the cables, installed the lights and the results were top notch.

just fantastic. Couldn't have gone better. We are so happy.

They are good and I like them. Their prices were high but I might use them again in the future.

Very Smooth process, no complaints
