Always found them honest about repairs and willing to back up their work. I don't hesitate to recommend have vehicles serviced at Pro Tire and Exhaust.

You know how everyone wishes they had a car mechanic who they could implicitly trust? Who can do a great job and not rip you off? Pro Tire is that place. Fair, honest, unassuming and great at all kinds of car repair even though their name is Pro Tire and Exhaust. Michael, the owner, is a great guy who doesn't turn quick fixes into expensive ones and whose work is very dependable. Everybody needs someone like him on your side when it comes to car repair.

Great. They were proactive in calling and updating me on the status of items they found and estimated cost. They were honest in their evaluation of what did/didn't need to be replaced, and most of all they were flexible on timing of the service.

There were some delays in getting someone out to my house but once they sent them out things went VERY well and the service person was very helpful. I really appreciated their willingness to make a house call, and will reward them with future business.
