Did it for a fraction of the cost Carousel quoted me. (almost half). Everything went fine with a single visit...no returns like big shops where go in thinking your getting it done and they call you at end of day telling you they ordered parts now have to make appt. next week for installation and rent another car for the day.
Bill is the type of guy who always treats repairs like it's his car. Tells you what you do need and don't. Gives you alternatives to fix it cheaper. Nice guy, very knowledgeable.

Munich Motors completed a diagnostic check on my VW Toureg. They invested about three hours and gave me a detailed report of the work needed. Since much of the work was electrical, they referred me to a VW dealership. The model VW was the frist year Toureg was out. They reported the cost would be signigicant and advised me to consider upgrading to a more recent model. They were thorough, polite, informed and did not charge for their three hours of diagnostic work. I would definately recommend this honest shop to others. I have found a trustworthy mechanic.

The shop is small and cluttered. The owner is very knowledgeable about German cars. Everything was completed as promised.

Just as expected

They made the car run better than it had run since I bought it five years ago. He was knowledgeable and he asked to look at the maintenance file that I had on the vehicle to determine what should be done. He also made recommendations. The work was done as scheduled. There weren’t any surprises in terms of cost. I even recommended them to a friend the other day.

They have always saved me money compared to other companies diagnoses. Over the years I have sent many people to them. I have never had a bad experience with them. The only negative I can think of is that they have a limited amount of loaner cars.
