Fred’s Plumbing and Heating

At 9:30, nobody had arrived,yet. My wife called and were told the technician had to go to another job, and the dispatch woman had forgotten to call us. She apologized and suggested we reschedule for the next Friday. My wife rescheduled. I called them ten minutes later to tell them we would find somebody else. I understand about the pressures of scheduling and deadlines, and things slip your mind sometimes. But when I make an appointment, and arrange our schedules to meet someone, I expect it to be honored. This is not the first time we have heard the ?had to go to another job? routine with this company. What I?m hearing is ? your $100 furnace inspection is not worth the trip today?. I give the dispatch woman credit for apologizing. Please keep in mind, Fred?s Plumbing and Heating has multiple locations, and this applies to the Little Falls location only.
