Very well. Jon, the owner, returned my call quickly. He described in detail what he anticipated they would need to do. I was not able to deliver the rug myself so we arranged a pickup and delivery dates. I was able to move my furniture off the rug (as they ask us to do). Jon did the pickup and delivery himself on the days we had planned. (Narrowing down the exact time was the hardest part -- but Jon texted me and it all worked out.) With a unique high pressure water and tube system (it seemed to make sense as he described it) they are able to clean in all directions, more thoroughly than a traditional rinsing system. I hope the photo shows the bright colors well and wish I had a "before" photo. Jon's estimate was in line with what I was charged. The price below includes pick up and delivery.
