Lions Share Maintenance

They did an excellent job despite my husband and I being unprepared. The price was very fair and we plan to use them again.

They are wonderful to work with, very patient, listen to me and understand what I need done. They took good care of me and are very much respectful, kind gentlemen.

To begin, we had an excellent experience with them for power washing our homes exterior in 2017. May 2018 we accepted their offer of a reduced cost for our windows to be cleaned.They promptly contacted us and asked several questions before giving us a price quote. However their interview process for price determination seems to be flawed. When the two window cleaners arrived they quickly identified that our costs would actually be nearly $400 from they original quote of around $225. We did have them perform the reduced project and those windows looked good. There was no cleaning of the windows sills/frames and there was no walk-through offered. After our experience with the power washing we were disappointed. We recommend that potential customers require a hard price and that Lion's Share do a better job of ascertaining what the customer has in place for there windows.

Fabulous, absolutely fabulous. From initial contact w/Lionshare to completion of job, everything was seamless and EASY. Work performed was PERFECT. Technician was very professional and polite. Called when on his way. Showed up on time. Left everything sparkling clean! Lions Share Maintenance was less expensive than quote from another company, by quite a bit, actually. Will hire again in the Spring to clean wood deck. And most will consider hiring again for any other needs that arise.

Went very well. There was some miscommunication on the scheduling, but otherwise a very positive experience.

good! I would say, though, that they wanted to charge a very high extra charge for windows that had the cross bar piece. I thought that would have been a nice touch for them to do it.

Excellent! From scheduling, day of service and follow up with Dave (the owner)--Lion's Share service and professionalism is top notch! Birynne responded to my initial email inquiry within hours and service was set up within a week. The team arrived and completed the project within the 2 hour window I was provided. WOW! I was amazed at how streamlined the process it--they just needed a water hook up and everything runs from the truck. I noticed the team was very careful to ensure their equipment didn't interfere with our landscaping. We have a 3 story home and it was fun to watch how they can operate the hoses and poles from the ground! Its been a week and my house and windows are glowing in the (cold) sunshine! I highly recommend Lions Share Maintenance and look forward to giving them a call again for future cleaning services.

It was so easy to work with Lions Share. I had sent an email message and within a short period of time was contacted by Brynn. She was able to provide me with an estimate and schedule the work to be done - without an inconvenience to me. I already am on the schedule for them to come back in the spring to clean my patio, steps and sidewalk!! They made me a big fan because of their excellent service.

Tyler from Lion's Share did a great job. He was right on time early in the window they gave me. He listened while I described a particularly dirty part of our house and did a thorough walk around with me before starting. At the end of it all, the house was spotless, including areas I hadn't even thought about. He had to work **** ** the dirty area over our garage, but got it all cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company.

They did a great job, Called me when they were on their way and got all the mildew/moss off the front of our house. It was raining so they checked with me first to make sure I still wanted it done. I did not have them clean the windows because of the rain and there was no pressure to do so, which I appreciate. The house looks like new again

It turned out very nice, it was good. I would recommend them. Communication was not enough. I kept asking questions, but that’s not really good. One or two is ok, but they weren’t really clear on what they were going to do. What they should do, is when they get on the job, they should say this is what we do; this is what comes with the packet; this is what exactly is going to happen from here. We are going to do this, this, this and that; is that ok? or is there is something else that you expected, or what? They didn’t do that, and then I had always something in my head, that I needed to know more about it. Well it said it right in the paper, and on the website, so it’s not like I didn’t know, but I wanted to verify everything. That was great (the overall experience). Overall that would be ok, that A might still be there, even though I had that missing communication event, so I don’t know what that would do. The price is good, the $99 is a good price for that. I liked that. There was no problem with the pricing whatsoever. For quality of service, I would go I think with a B here, because there were places here and there that they missed a bit, but not really bad. Nothing that would really be worth crying about, because it’s just windows. They did respond quickly, when I purchased the service. They wanted to know when I was going to do it, because I purchased it early in the spring but didn’t do it until later.

Lionshare did a great job removing the dirt and mildew from the outside of my home. Will definitely use them again.
